I’m really surprise that Dare Digital has been sold to the canadian group Cossette Communications. 65,4% of their company for 15M€. If I remember well, it’s not the first Cossette acquisition in the UK. With Dare they have probably one of the most interesting agency . I love their work since a long time. Just have a look : Lynx, Vodafone….
Another big acquisiton in France after Duke interactive, Publicis bought Business Interactif who will become Digitas France.
